WIJN TREFT ASPERGES Marc Jacobs en Marcus Schmidt combineren wijnen en asperges Asperges worden beschouwd als een van de smakelijkste groenten die er zijn, dus het is niet verwonderlijk dat bij menigeen het water in de mond loopt alleen al bij het denken aan het witte goud. De bereidingen kunnen alle kanten op en de kenner verheugd zich ieder jaar weer op het aspergemenu. Na 2 jaar gedwongene pauze starten wij het event weer op Op zaterdag 4 juni ( voor de mensen die al gereserveerd hebben is het zaterdag 21 mei ) om 18.30 uur bereiden Marcus en zijn team weer heerlijke gerechten met asperges Marc Jacobs van Wijnhandel UNIQUATO uit Opglabbeek in België brengt uit zijn kelder de wijnen mee.
